University Park Apartments, located in Mishawaka, Indiana, is just minutes from shopping and other retail establishments and is located less than four miles from the University of Notre Dame. We offer spacious one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom townhomes that include fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, plenty of storage space, fenced patios or balconies, and optional laundry hookups.

I have been living here for the last 1,5 years. I have a 1 bedroom and the apartment is huge with lots of closet space, a working fireplace and a small back yard. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have been living at University Park for about 3 months and we are very happy here! We moved from out of town and signed a lease before seeing the place in person. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and respond in a timely manner. The grounds and apartments are well-maintained. These are older buildings, but they are very well kept.

When moving from out of state, I found the application process ad move-in experience facilitated by the professional and kind demeanor of Garrett and Cameron. The units were lovely - open floor plans and updated fixtures. The grounds were kept immaculate. The neighbors were quiet and respectful. Management responded quickly to all events with constant updates. I would recommend this establishment to anyone relocating to the Indianapolis area.
