I have been living here for the last 1,5 years. I have a 1 bedroom and the apartment is huge with lots of closet space, a working fireplace and a small back yard. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have been living at University Park for about 3 months and we are very happy here! We moved from out of town and signed a lease before seeing the place in person. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and respond in a timely manner. The grounds and apartments are well-maintained. These are older buildings, but they are very well kept.

When moving from out of state, I found the application process ad move-in experience facilitated by the professional and kind demeanor of Garrett and Cameron. The units were lovely - open floor plans and updated fixtures. The grounds were kept immaculate. The neighbors were quiet and respectful. Management responded quickly to all events with constant updates. I would recommend this establishment to anyone relocating to the Indianapolis area.
