My husband and I just moved out of the townhomes at University park apartments(to move into our first home), and we will miss it!! We have lived in many apartments and this is by far our favorite. Not only was the home clean, convenient location, and a great lay out, but the staff really puts this community in the above and beyond category. I have been living here for the last 1,5 years. I have a 1 bedroom and the apartment is huge with lots of closet space, a working fireplace and a small back yard. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have been living at University Park for about 3 months and we are very happy here! We moved from out of town and signed a lease before seeing the place in person. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly and respond in a timely manner. The grounds and apartments are well-maintained. These are older buildings, but they are very well kept.
