At University Park Apartments, residents have access to our refreshing swimming pool, fitness center, fun play park, and entertainment patio with firepit. While no utilities are included in the rental price of your apartment home, residents can feel at ease upon finding the perfect place to call home.
At The University Park Apartments, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At University Park Apartments, the application fee is $35 per applicant and is non-refundable. There is also a reservation fee due of $100.
At University Park Apartments, residents are responsible for electric, water & sewage, gas, trash, internet, and cable.
University Park Apartments is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a $35/month pet rent. Additionally, there is a $300 refundable pet deposit for the 1st pet and $200 refundable pet deposit for the 2nd pet, due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. The University Park Apartments is located within the South Bend Community School System. Nearby schools include: Booth Tarkington Elementary School, Thomas Edison Middle School, Clay Middle School, and Clay High School.
Residents of University Park Apartments can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order.
At University Park Apartments, all parking spots are first come, first serve directly in front of their apartment homes. There is additional park for guests in our overflow parking.
Residents of The University Park Apartments can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal , calling the office, or emailing the office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call 866-381-1748.
