At University Park Apartments, residents have access to our refreshing swimming pool, fitness center, fun play park, and entertainment patio with a fire pit. While no utilities are included in the rental price of your apartment home, residents can feel at ease upon finding the perfect place to call home.
At University Park, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At University Park Apartments, we require a non-refundable $35.00 application fee per applicant, a $100 reservation fee that will be applied to your move-in costs, and a $50 admin fee that is due upon move-in.
At University Park, residents are responsible for all utilities. This includes water, trash, sewage, gas, electric as well as cable/internet service and renters insurance.
University Park Apartments is a pet-friendly community. There is a max of 2 pets per apartment home with a $20 per month per pet fee. Additionally, there is a $300 refundable pet deposit for the 1st pet and $200 refundable pet deposit for the 2nd pet, due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. The University Park Apartments is located within the South Bend School District. Nearby schools include: Darden Elementary School. Edison Middle School. Adams High School.
Residents of University Park Apartments are welcome to pay with the Resident App, Text-to-Pay, Walk in Payment Services (WIPS), Resident Portal and ACH Debit.
At University Park, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests.
Residents of University Park can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal , calling the office, or emailing the office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call (833) 693-5706.
